طلب حذف البيانات — Leem Chat

لو اتواصلت مع واحد من المتاجر اللي بتديرها Propify Integrated Business Solutions عن طريق فيسبوك أو ماسنجر أو إنستجرام أو واتساب، تقدر تطلب حذف بياناتك اللي محفوظة في Leem Chat بأي طريقة من الطريقتين دول:

1. بالإيميل: ابعت لـ chat@leem.uk وعنوان الرسالة «حذف بياناتي». اكتب فيها القناة اللي اتواصلت منها ومعاها حاجة تعرّفنا بيك: اسمك على فيسبوك، أو اسم المستخدم على إنستجرام، أو رقم واتساب.
2. من نفس المحادثة: ابعت «احذف بياناتي» على نفس الصفحة أو الحساب أو الرقم اللي كلمتنا عليه.

إيه اللي بيحصل بعد كده

• بنتأكد إن الطلب جاي من صاحب البيانات، وبعدين بنمسح المحادثات والرسائل والمرفقات وبيانات التواصل المرتبطة بيك خلال 30 يوم كحد أقصى.
• بنبعتلك تأكيد على نفس القناة أو الإيميل لما الحذف يخلص.
• لو كان ليك طلبات اتنفذت، بنحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من بيانات الطلب اللي القانون بيطلبه للحسابات والضرائب، وده بس طول المدة المطلوبة، وبعدها بيتمسح.
• الرسائل اللي على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام أو واتساب نفسهم بتفضل محكومة بإعدادات حسابك على المنصات دي، وتقدر تمسحها من هناك.

لأصحاب الصفحات المربوطة بالتطبيق

لو إنت مدير صفحة ربطتها بـ Leem Chat وعايز تشيل صلاحيات التطبيق: من إعدادات فيسبوك، افتح «Business integrations» وشيل Leem Chat. بعدها ابعتلنا على نفس الإيميل عشان نمسح مفاتيح الربط والبيانات المرتبطة بالصفحة.

Data Deletion Request: Leem Chat

If you contacted one of the stores operated by Propify Integrated Business Solutions through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp, you can ask us to delete your data held in Leem Chat in either of these ways:

1. By email: write to chat@leem.uk with the subject "Delete my data". Include the channel you used and an identifier (your Facebook name, Instagram username or WhatsApp number).
2. In the conversation: send "Delete my data" (or «احذف بياناتي») to the same Page, account or number you contacted.

What happens next

• We verify that the request comes from the owner of the data. We then delete the conversations, messages, attachments and contact details linked to you within 30 days at most.
• We confirm on the same channel or by email once the deletion is complete.
• If you placed orders, we keep only the minimum order data the law requires for accounting and tax purposes, for the required period only, and then delete it.
• Messages held by Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp themselves remain subject to your settings on those platforms, where you can delete them.

For Page admins who connected the app

If you manage a Page connected to Leem Chat and want to remove the app's access: in Facebook Settings, open "Business integrations" and remove Leem Chat. Then email us at the same address so we can delete the access tokens and the data linked to the Page.
